California’s War on Guns Broadens to a War on Ammunition Beginning January 1, 2018
California’s war on guns will soon broaden to a war on ammunition as a ban on the possession of bullets purchased out-of-state takes effect.
Taxifornia is going ahead with their regulations to make sure we cannot buy ammunition, even if we have the constitutional right to do so. I wonder if they are going to have “ammunition dogs” search every car that comes into the state to see if it has what California considers “illegal ammunition.”
So the would-be powers in the state will find another way to regulate those that want to protect themselves. Yes, they say that they are not outlawing ammunition but that is just hogwash. They are going to regulate it to the point that nobody can purchase it. This will start illegal traffic into the state as those that want ammunition will get it. There is not laws in other states governing the purchase of ammunition so good luck California on enforcing this law. People will get what they need to protect themselves. All roads into the state are not covered with entry points to check for contraband.
Another reason to leave the state — among many others.
