Harvard grad student told to move out after roommates find her legally owned firearms ‘uncomfortable’
A Harvard graduate student was told she has to move out of her apartment after her roommates found her legally-owned firearms “uncomfortable” and anxiety-inducing.
This is an interesting article where ones roommates violate Leyla’s privacy by going through her belongings and then finding her guns and evicting her from her apartment.
The Bill of Rights guarantees Leyla the right to have firearms in her apartment as well as carry. She understands how to handle a pistol and has the training to back it up.
This is grounds for a lawsuit. Don’t expect the liberal ACLU to stand up for Leyla’s rights but maybe the NRA will.
These roommates which I won’t name clearly don’t understand the constitutional rights of Leyla. Neither does the apartment manager.
I wish I had these opportunities. I am sure there will be plenty of lawyers that will take this case for free and the monetary award will be significant. Leyla is going to Harvard (Liberal School) but has to have lot’s of intelligence to get in there. She is smart enough to make it on her own but a few million bucks from this when it’s over will make her life more comfortable. This is a case to watch which will most likely show up before the Supreme Court.
