Leadership Crisis in America

Where are the Adults in the Room

There is a leadership crisis in America. The state of our country is dire. Inflation, housing prices, and interest rates are spiraling out of control. Our national deficit has skyrocketed to over 35 trillion dollars. Strategic oil reserves have been depleted, and our petroleum production falls short, driving gas and energy prices through the roof. Simultaneously, conflicts rage in Ukraine, the Middle East, and the specter looms over Taiwan. Our military stands weakened, and anti-American sentiments echo in protests nationwide.

The political landscape is equally unsettling. Presidential candidates in their eighties, one facing felony charges and the other battling advanced dementia, offer a grim portrayal of our leadership options. Meanwhile, our borders are overrun, allowing criminals, terrorists, and illegal drugs to pour in unchecked. Instances of homelessness, crime, and judicial leniency further exacerbate the chaos. Cultural clashes over LGBTQIA rights and education policies add to the fray.

Critical systems like Social Security and Medicare teeter on the brink of collapse. Government overreach dictates transportation choices and infringes upon abortion rights. The media, instead of serving as a watchdog, peddles partisan agendas, neglecting vital issues.

Amid this turmoil, the question begs: where are the adults in the room?

Sadly, they are nowhere to be found. Elected officials entrusted with safeguarding the nation’s interests have failed in their duties. With effective leadership, many of these crises could be mitigated. We could achieve energy independence, curb street crime, and secure our borders by enforcing existing laws. Social Security and Medicare could be rescued by implementing stricter eligibility criteria. Fiscal responsibility could be restored by cutting foreign aid and balancing the budget.

Addressing homelessness and drug trafficking requires proactive measures like incentivizing work programs and border security. Investment in infrastructure could pave the way for an electric vehicle future. Education reforms, coupled with law enforcement accountability, could tackle crime and restore order. Ultimately, voters hold the power to hold politicians accountable and shape the nation’s trajectory.

Until competent leaders step forward to address these pressing issues, the country will continue its downward spiral. It’s time for responsible governance and pragmatic solutions. It’s time for the adults to take charge.

Todays example of poor Leadership is sending 60 Billion Dollars to Ukraine while allocating a mere 300 million dollars to secure our border – again Americans last.

Leadership Crisis continues. The Governor of New York Kathy Hochul is allowing hate crimes to continue in her city, leaving it to the NYPD to try to fend it off. The National Guard needs to be called in – and she doesn’t have the mental acuity to do it. Hate Crimes are against the law. Why is she doing nothing.
