Today’s media increasingly features news programs that favor show hosts’ biases over objective reporting. Entertainment trumps factual accuracy, with panel shows like “The View” promoting sensationalism, eroding journalistic standards. Yet, there is a public yearning for genuine journalism. The onus is on consumers to seek credible sources to fight misinformation and uphold the integrity of the press. My own tendencies lean right, but I strive toward balanced reporting.
